12:00 pm - 02:00 pm TAUC Luncheon for Non-Golfers - 5/12/11
12:30 pm - 05:00 pm TAUC Annual Golf Tournament - 5/12/11
The 2011 Annual TAUC Union Made Golf Tournament has been designed to allow participants to enjoy the day while displaying their varied golfing skills. The TAUC Golf Committee has elected to play a scramble format. This year's tournament is at The Meadows Course, located on-site at The Greenbrier Resort.

1. All Ladies and Gentlemen registered for the TAUC Leadership Conference are eligible to enter the tournament and compete for prizes.

2. The entry for the 2011 TAUC Union Made Golf Tournament is $165 per person, which includes green fees, cart fees, and refreshments.

3. The Golf Committee will assign all foursomes. Since we will be allowed a "shotgun" start at 12:30pm SHARP, it is extremely important that all participants be at the course no later than 30 minutes prior to tee-off. Players need to check in at the Pro Shop to locate their assigned foursomes. Boxed lunches will be provided to all golfers.

4. Prizes will be awarded to members of the winning foursome, 1st and 2nd runner-up foursomes and most improved foursome. In the event of a tie, scorecards will be compared as in match play, starting with a randomly selected hole. Individual prizes will be awarded for the longest drive, men and women, on designated holes and closest to the pin on selected par three holes.

5. Rental clubs are available at $80 inclusive of applicable taxes. Golfers are responsible for their own rental club payments as well as cigars and golf shop merchandise.
