This event is open to all TAUC-NMAPC members and special invited guests. Invitations will be sent in the very near future. We hope you are able to join us for this funfilled networking event.

The State of the Union Construction Industry Forum 2012 will be held on Wednesday, December 5th from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. This prestigious event brings together some of the construction industry's most visionary leaders with the common goal of expanding businesses by using the safest and most productive workforce available.

The annual half-day forum is one of the union construction industry's "must-attend" events -- an important opportunity to network with owners, contractors and labor leaders and get a jump on the year ahead. This year's agenda will include a full slate of expert speakers covering a wide variety of topics crucial to the future success of the union construction industry, including multiemployer pension plans, construction business trends, safety compliance and more!

We are pleased to announce that this year's keynote speaker is noted political analyst and commentator Stuart Rothenberg. Mr. Rothenberg is Editor and Publisher of The Rothenberg Political Report and columnist for Roll Call. Stuart captivates audiences with insightful, often humorous discussions about election results, the issues facing decision makers on Capitol Hill, and the nature of politics itself. Don't miss your opportunity to hear Stuart analyze the post-election landscape and ask your own questions about 2013 and beyond.

Other scheduled speakers include:

Brent Booker, Secretary-Treasurer, Building & Construction Trades Department, AFL-CIO

Randy DeFrehn, Executive Director, National Coordinating Committee for Multiemployer Plans

John "Rocky" Miller, Cox Castle Nicholson LLP

Chuck Sekinger, Stone & Webster

As always The Association of Union Constructors' (TAUC) events are a key benefit of your membership. This is a great opportunity to network and share ideas and information with other leaders from around the country.
