TAUC LABOR COMMITTEE MEETING
The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) Labor Committee meeting will be held from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Chase Park Plaza Hotel located at 212 North Kingshighway Boulevard in St. Louis, MO 63108.

BASEBALL GAME
TAUC has reserved a party suite at Busch Stadium for all TAUC Labor Committee registrants and their guests to attend the St. Louis Cardinals vs. Houston Astros baseball game on Tuesday evening, July 26, 2011 at 7:15 PM. Tickets are $50.00 per person and include two-and-a-half hours of beverages and an all-you-can-eat buffet. Tickets are limited and can be purchased online when registering for the meeting. Tickets will be available at Will Call on day of the game. Identification is required when picking up your ticket(s). All tickets are non-refundable. The Busch Stadium is located at 700 Clark Street, St. Louis, MO 63102.

Transportation is available to and from the Chase Park Plaza Hotel to Busch Stadium. It will depart from the Chase Park Plaza Hotel at 5:00 PM and return to the hotel by 10:00 PM. Let us know if you need transportation when registering for this event? Seats are limited.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Hotel reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax charge. All no-shows will be billed for one night's room and tax. ROOM RATE:
The special room rate is $149.00 per night, plus tax for a one bedroom suite, single or double occupancy.

The cut-off date for all room reservations is TUESDAY, JULY 5, 2011.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

HOTEL PARKING:
Parking is available at nearby garage structures owned or leased by the Hotel either directly connected to the Chase Park Plaza facility or within 1 block thereof. Valet parking is available at an additional fee at the main entrance to the Chase Park Plaza, at the Kingshighway entrance. Registered guests have unlimited in-and-out privileges. The current valet parking fee is $22.00 per day, subject to change. Self-parking is available at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel at $3.00 for the first hour, with a $1.00 each additional hour, not to exceed $14.00 for an overnight stay. All self-park and valet parking charges are subject to a 5% sales tax.
