The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) Labor Committee meeting will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel, 2930 South River Road, Des Plaines, Illinois 60018.

A dinner will be held on Wednesday evening, August 20, 2008 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Gibson Steakhouse located at 5464 North River Road in Rosemont, Illinois 60018 (847-928-9900).

TAUC has reserved a block of sleeping rooms for this event, if you require hotel accommodations; please contact the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel at (847) 296-8900 to reserve your sleeping room under TAUC's room block. Due to a limited number of sleeping rooms, we urge you to contact the hotel at your earliest convenience to reserve a sleeping room. The cut-off date for room reservations is Wednesday, August 6, 2008.

TAUC has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel at a special rate of $169.00 plus tax, per night for single or double occupancy. Please contact the hotel directly at (847) 296-8900 to reserve your sleeping room under TAUC's room block.

The cut-off date for room reservations is Wednesday, August 6, 2008.

Check-in time for all rooms is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Directions to the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O'Hare Hotel

From Airport: Follow I-190 East and exit at River Road North. Follow River Road one mile and hotel will be located on your left side.

From North: Take I-294 South to I-190 West to O'Hare Airport (You must have change for the I-190 toll). Exit at Manheim Road North. Go 1.0 mile to Higgins Road, turn right. Go 0.6 miles to Devon Avenue. Take a slight left. Go 0.6 miles to Des Plaines River Road, turn left. Go 0.3 miles and the hotel will be located on the left side.

From South: Take I-294 North and exit at River Road (You must have change for the River Road toll). Proceed to traffic light and turn left onto Des Plaines River Road. Proceed 1.0 mile to hotel which is located on the left side.

From West: Take I-90 East to I-190 West to O'Hare Airport. (You must have change for the I-190 toll). Exit at Manheim Road North. Go 1.0 mile to Higgins Road, turn right. Go 0.6 miles to Devon Avenue. Take a slight left. Go 0.6 miles to Des Plaines River Road, turn left. Go 0.3 miles and the hotel will be located on the left side.
