The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) Board of Directors Strategic Planning Session and Tour is scheduled for June 24-25, 2019 at the Oracle Construction and Engineering Innovation Lab located at 1405 Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, IL 60015. It is extremely important that all TAUC Board members attend. Registration deadline is June 10th.

Dress Code for Oracle Construction and Engineering Innovation Lab - Please be sure that you are wearing appropriate footwear, since you will be walking on a simulated construction site.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Embassy Suites Chicago - North Shore/Deerfield hotel cancellations must be made forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival date by 3:00 PM hotel time to avoid a one night's room and tax penalty. To cancel or change your reservation, contact the hotel at (847) 945-4500. No-shows will be billed for the one night's room and tax.

TAUC has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the Embassy Suites Chicago - North Shore/Deerfield Hotel at a special rate of $165.00 per night, plus 14% tax for single or double occupancy. TAUC will reserve all Board member's guestrooms, please indicate your arrival and departure dates when completing online registration. Guests are responsible for their own charges.
