The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) has scheduled an open forum for all members and non-members entitled Cleveland Rocks Union Construction. This event will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown, 1100 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115 on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Carnegie ballroom located on the main level of the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown hotel.

This meeting is designed to help educate those in the construction industry on various safety and health and labor issues we face everyday in the field of construction. In addition TAUC has reserved baseball tickets for Tuesday evening, August 14, 2007 to see the Cleveland Indians play the Detroit Tigers at Jacobs Field Stadium. TAUC has a party suite that will hold up to fifty (50) people. If you are interested in attending the baseball game please complete the online registration form. The cost is $35.00 per person to include food and beverage. Seats are limited therefore we urge you to register immediately if you plan to attend this event. Jacobs Field is directly across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown hotel, about a three (3) minute walk.

If you need hotel accommodations, please contact the Reservation Department at the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown directly at 216-658-6400 to reserve a sleeping room under TAUC room block in order to receive the special room rate of $119.00 per night for single or double occupancy. The cut-off date for all sleeping rooms is Monday, July 23, 2007. This is an absolute cut-off date, please reserve your sleeping room as soon as possible to receive TAUC special room rate!
