The Association of Union Constructors� (TAUC) inaugural Leadership Conference, entitled �Dawn of a New Day,� offers an enormous amount of take-home value for both you and your organization. The leadership conference will be held at the luxurious Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona scheduled for April 17-21, 2007.
At the conference, TAUC members will have a chance to meet with industry leaders in a relaxed environment to discuss current strategies for winning back union market share, creating an injury-free workplace, and how union craftsmen and contractors can work together to build a brighter future for union construction.
Two General Presidents of International Unions have already agreed to address the conference on current industry issues. Emmitt Nelson will be discussing the Zero Injury Philosophy, which is the cornerstone of the National Maintenance Agreements� Zero Injury Safety Awards Program, and Mark Breslin will be presenting his views on how our association can take advantage of its unique position in the construction market.
New this year will be four break-out sessions on Wednesday, April 18, 2007. These sessions will be open to all members and guests featuring take-home strategies to help you succeed financially in a competitive marketplace and personally.
This year�s TAUC Golf Tournament will have a new twist, with a Hole-In-One Contest that gives participants a chance to win a Chevrolet Silverado Crew-Cab!!
The Early Bird Registration Drawing will give away a sleek 7.1-Megapixel digital camera from Kodak, so make sure you register before February 16th, 2007!
Only members in good standing will be eligible for discounted member rates when registering for TAUC�s Inaugural Leadership Conference. TAUC membership fees are due by January 31, 2007.

Your registration fee includes all scheduled business and social functions for you and your spouse/companion and registered children. A name badge will be issued to all paid registrants and will be your admittance to all business and social functions.REGISTRATION FEE:

Attire for The Association of Union Constructors Leadership Conference is resort casual for all meetings and social events EXCEPT for the Gala Reception, Dinner and Dance scheduled for Thursday, April 19, 2007. The Gala is sport coat and dress slacks or suit for the gentlemen, and dresses or suits for the ladies. The average high temperature during April in Tucson is 82.4 degrees with an average low of 45.1 degrees, so please bring a light jacket or sweater for outside evening activities.Cancellation and Other Policies:

General Directions to the HotelFrom East
Take I-10 West to the Ina Road Exit. Turn right and continue east. Ina Road will turn into Skyline Drive, which will become Sunrise Drive. Continue on Sunrise Drive to Via Palomita. Turn right and proceed to the hotel entrance.
From Tucson International Airport
Take Tucson Boulevard to Valencia. Turn left onto Valencia and proceed to Campbell Avenue. Turn right onto Campbell Avenue and proceed to Skyline Drive (which will become Sunrise). Turn right onto Via Palomita to the the hotel's entrance.
From North
Take Interstate 10 South and exit at Ina Road. Turn left and continue east. Ina Road will turn into Skyline Drive, which will become Sunrise Drive. Continue on Sunrise Drive to Via Palomita. Turn right and proceed to the hotel entrance.
