Joint Holiday Open House - TAUC/NMAPC/NABTU/AMC/GPPMA/NACA/ULLICO 12/7/16

This year TAUC and the NMAPC are teaming up with the North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU), Associated Maintenance Contractors (AMC), General Presidents Project Maintenance Agreements (GPPMA), North American Contractors Association (NACA) and Union Labor Life Insurance Company (ULLICO) to host a combined Holiday Open House at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab located at 750 15th Street, NW in Washington, DC 20005. Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab is approximately 0.7 mile from The Mayflower Hotel, about a 13-15 minute walk. Helmets to Hardhats (H2H) and North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) are hosting Toys for Tots drive. Toys and monetary donations are being accepted at the Holiday Open House. New and unwrapped toys are acceptable. If you would like to make a monetary donation, please make checks payable to “DC Toys for Tots”. Checks can be mailed in advance to: Ms. Lisa Ford at Helmets to Hardhats, 815 16th Street, NW, 6th Floor in Washington, DC 20006. |

The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) will be setting up Capitol Hill Congressional Appointments for TAUC members who are interested in meeting with their respective elected officials on Thursday afternoon, December 8th from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The focus of these meetings will be on multiemployer pension reform and the creation of composite plans. Register for this event if you are interested in an appointment with your elected official. The appointment schedule will be provided later. |
